It includes two pages of 18 additional buttons (a total of 36), each with red/green illuminated indicators for line status.

Additional Keys: The module adds 18 physical keys and provides access to 18 additional keys via the page keys, for a total of 36 additional keys.

Compatibility: The IP Phones 8861 and 8865 can connect up to three 8800 KEMs, while the IP Phone 8851 can connect up to two.

Large LCD Display: The module includes a 4.3-inch, 16-bit color, backlit 480x272 pixel display.

Programmable Buttons: The module's programmable buttons can be configured as phone keys, allowing you to access frequently used telephony features with a single button push.

Shared-Line Appearances: The module enables shared-line appearances for administrative staff, knowledge workers, and managers, which improves responsiveness and personal interaction with inbound calls.

Ease of Use: The module is intended for use with Cisco 8851 and 8861 IP phones, simplifying communication by providing one-button access to a variety of features.
